| Hi Doc what paypal thing are you talking about??? If you to to members profile and look on the left side of the page you will see My Account look just underneath you will see Personal Information look in there and you can put palal, nochex,moneybookers and other information in for your account, that should be what your looking for I think

| being a member off several auction sites i see lgg use the same bulk uploader as a few others.just remamed, for some reason i am unable to upload any csv,turbo lister or any other file configeration i have tried in this system.
i list on several sites and use other bulk uploaders but for some reason this type (as used by a few others )does not work.
am i doing something wrong???????? ... |
| Have you checked the requirements for using the ProLister??? have a look on the forum you will get help from there as well if you can send us a copy of your CVS file we can try it with regards to Turbo lister from ebay you need to change the cats because LGGAuctions do not have the same cats as ebay... |

| Having just done a TEST sale to check on shipping, just as I'm getting ready to send the Receipt to the Buyer it asks for the shipping price but I thought it would be automatically put in the receipt, it also asks about insurance why?... |
| Good question, when you have made your SALE you then send a receipt, one would have already gone to the Buyer saying they have Won or the Offer has been accepted, so when you do the receipt you will be asked what price your shipping is because now you have international and local shipping so what you do is make sure the right price is in there also if the buyer has asked for insurance then you add that as well to the price then click which box or boxes you need to then the process will show you ... |

| Hi andypandy1978 I've just had a member do a test Listing in Magazines and they had NO problems listing with out the ISBN number, what she did was use the PROLISTER prog and it worked without any problems if you need to see what the TEST listing is like have a look at fusunapart and you will be able to see it.... |

| hi, was wondering how i was to list my magzines, when i do not have a barcode or any numbers. i've tried to list several times. it says optional to fill the numbers in, but evrytime i try and but gbp it goes back to the same page asking for numbers. what do i do? thanks celticgirl1981... |

| How do I become ID verified? what do I need to do?... |
| Members who want to be VERIFIED but have not gone through the full process will have the verification PENDING and what this will mean to THAT USER is:
1) YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BID
2) YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BUY NOW
3) YOU MUST FINALISE THE VERIFICATION PROCESS TO SEE ANY BID OR BUY NOW BUTTONS IN ANY LISTING.
Go to your MEMBERS page and on the left side you will see MY ACCOUNT a few lines below that you will see ID VERIFICATION click there, you will now be taken to another page from that p... |

| How do I mark an item as paid? I have every option from marked as shipped, report as unpaid, leave feedback etc. but none that says mark as paid... |
| What you need to do is go into your members area, from there click on the left side where it says SOLD items, in there you will see at the TOP ( Items I've Sold: (1 items) View Details of Items I've Sold or Create/Send/Revise/Resend Invoices ) click that line and you will be re directed to another page, there you will see on the right hand side the information for the BUYER of the item it says PAID on the right side there you will see UNPAID also PROCESSING allyou need to do there is mark the UN... |

| Just to let you know first:-
The more items you post on LGGAuctions the more chance you get of getting anything from £25 to £175 which would get put in to your account as credit then you have the chance of NOT paying and FEE'S on LGGAuctions have a look around the forum and you will see what competitions we are doing.

| There are loads of options for you to add funds to your account from
1) Credit Card
2) Internet or phone banking
3) Other means
If you have Paypal, Nochex or Moneybookers account's just click on No1) Credit Card and it will take you to one of our supported gateways and you can put Credit in to your account with Paypal, Nochex or Moneybookers it's that easy don't forget if you don't have an account with them you can still send money.

| You can get ID verified in many ways on LGGAuctions, Mail your home address verification, Paypal verification and Phone verification once you are verified there are NO limits on your account.... |
